Drug Detox Services
You Don’t Have to Crash to Get Clean
For those struggling with drug dependence—whether it’s meth, opioids, prescription pills, or polysubstance use—detox is often the first step toward clarity, safety, and lasting recovery.
But it’s not just about getting through withdrawal. It’s about getting through it with care.
At Totality Treatment Center, we provide compassionate, expert-coordinated detox services that stabilize the body, protect the brain, and prepare you for a new life.
We don’t operate an in-house detox facility, but we work closely with trusted detox partners who provide 24/7 medical oversight. From your first call to the moment you enter outpatient treatment, we’re by your side the entire way.

We Coordinate Drug Detox for a Wide Range of Substances
Each drug impacts the brain and body differently—so each detox must be handled with precision, empathy, and medical oversight.
We coordinate detox for:
Opioids (including heroin, oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine)
To manage withdrawal symptoms, introduce MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) when appropriate, and prevent immediate relapse.
Methamphetamine
Though not always medically risky, stimulant withdrawal can cause dangerous psychological symptoms such as suicidal ideation or psychosis. We make sure you’re supported and stabilized before transitioning to therapy.
Cocaine & Crack Cocaine
Emotional and psychological symptoms during withdrawal require clinical care. Detox prepares clients for real emotional healing in outpatient.
Prescription Drugs (Adderall, Ritalin, painkillers, sleeping pills)
Dependence on legal substances can feel confusing and shame-filled. We help you detox safely and without judgment.
Polysubstance Use
For those using multiple drugs (or drugs and alcohol), detox is essential to reduce medical complications and stabilize mood, sleep, and decision-making.
