OCD Treatment
You Know the Thoughts Aren’t Rational. But That Doesn’t Make Them Stop.
OCD is more than being “neat” or “organized.” It’s getting hijacked by intrusive thoughts, relentless anxiety, and rituals you feel powerless to stop. It’s exhausting, isolating, and often misunderstood.
At Totality Treatment Center, we provide effective, trauma-informed treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder—without judgment, shame, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

What OCD Really Looks Like
Obsessions
intrusive, unwanted thoughts that create intense anxiety (e.g., fear of harming others, contamination, religious guilt, needing things to feel “just right”)
Compulsions
repetitive actions or mental rituals meant to neutralize those thoughts (e.g., checking, counting, washing, repeating phrases, seeking reassurance)
Signs You Might Be Experiencing Depression
Loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
Trouble getting out of bed or caring for yourself
Feeling empty, numb, or hopeless
Overeating, undereating, or sleep disturbances
Thoughts of death, self-harm, or suicide
Shame or guilt that feels overwhelming
Isolation from family or friends
Irritability, agitation, or emotional withdrawal
