What to Expect in OP
Ongoing Clinical Support
- Weekly individual therapy with a licensed clinician
- Participation in specialized group therapy (1–3x/week)
- Access to trauma modalities including EMDR, DBT, and mindfulness
- Psychiatric medication management and medical coordination
Case Management That Keeps You Moving Forward
- Support with resumes, job interviews, housing, legal needs, and more
- Aftercare support for long-term planning
- Direct referrals to community resources, sober housing, vocational programs, and wrap-around services

Have completed PHP or IOP and are ready for step-down care
Are working full-time, parenting, or in school and want low-frequency support
Are looking for maintenance care for mental health, trauma, or relapse prevention
Need access to therapy, psychiatry, or case management—but with maximum flexibility
Are starting their recovery journey and need a gentle entry point
