Our Levels of Care
Each program includes access to:
Programa de Hospitalización Parcial (PHP)
Full-day, high-structure clinical care for those needing daily therapeutic and psychiatric support.
- 5 days/week programming
- Ideal step-down from detox or residential care
- Psychiatric oversight, trauma therapy, and case management
- In-person and telehealth hybrid available
Programa Intensivo Ambulatorio (IOP)
Flexible half-day programming for individuals balancing recovery with work, school, or parenting.
- Daytime or evening tracks
- Designed for clinical growth with life flexibility
- Ideal for mental health, substance use, or dual-diagnosis needs
- Offers group therapy, 1:1 sessions, psychiatry, and more
Programas Intensivos Individualizados (IIP)
A fully customized treatment path built around complex needs, past traumas, and personal goals.
- Tailored intensity, schedule, and modality mix
- Ideal for those who haven’t found success in standard treatment
- Deep therapeutic work with multi-disciplinary support
- Can combine in-person and telehealth services for maximum flexibility

Job training, legal aid referrals, housing assistance, benefits enrollment, and more
Family Support Services
Progress updates (with consent), boundary coaching, and therapy integration when appropriate
Specialized Services
EMDR, CSAT for sex/love addiction, nutrition, grief support, psychiatric aftercare
Medical Integration
On-site phlebotomy, TMS services, and coordination with outside providers through MindHealthMD
