IOP at a Glance
3–5 days per week, with day and evening options available
Group therapy, individual therapy, and psychiatric services
EMDR, DBT, CBT, and other trauma-informed therapies
Flexible hybrid scheduling—telehealth and in-person
Case management and aftercare support from day one

1:1 Therapy with licensed clinicians trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and somatic therapies
Specialized Group Therapy on trauma, relapse prevention, grief & loss, identity development, and emotional regulation
Psychiatric Care with medication management, genetic testing, and ongoing oversight
Case Management that removes practical barriers to recovery—housing, employment, legal aid, and more
